The designed project of residential sector has been proposed in a large part of the ruined spinning factory in 140,000 square meters in Isfahan, where the roadway of the Charbagh street (the main street in Isfahan) has passed through the center of this site.
This area has residential sector, apartment building , office building, commercial complex and public services such as schools and kindergartens.
Office buildings and public service department of this area all have a central courtyard, which is one of the characteristic symbol of Iranian architecture, and the height of these neighborhoods has been adhered to the Chaharbagh street’s axis and the height is considered also according to this subject.
